Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-five on the sixth day of the month of March at the hour of eleven in the morning, before Us, the Pastor of Pa\u0142uki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pa\u0142uki Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship,<\/p>\n No 22 .\u00a0 Klonowo<\/span><\/p>\n Under the same record, there appeared the well-born Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski, twenty-four years of age, residing with his mother in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his mother’s home on the first day of March in this same year at the hour of six in the evening, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Antonina n\u00e9e Pajewska, thirty years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name Wojciech. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of Wincenty Barto\u0142d, twenty-three years of age, and Ignacy Barto\u0142d, thirty years of age, residing in Klonowo. This birth record, having been read aloud to the declarant, was signed by Us. The declarant does not know how to write. Wojciech Chodkowski was my 2nd cousin 4X removed.<\/p>\n This record (No 22) begins with the words “Under the same record”, meaning that this\u00c2\u00a0baptism occurred on the same day as the baptism recorded directly above .\u00a0 For that reason, I have included the first two lines of the previous record to provide the information that is the same for both baptisms.<\/p>\n Copyright \u00a9 2009 by Stephen J.
