Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 32 .\u00a0 Mosaki-Rukle<\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred eighteen on the sixteenth day of the month of September at the hour of eleven before noon, before Us, the Reverend Miko\u0142aj Ruci\u0144ski, Registrar of the Civil State in the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski, a landowner, twenty-one years of age and residing in Mosaki Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his home under the number three on the fifteenth day of the month of September in this same year at the hour of eleven before noon; declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Antonina n\u00e9e Pajewska Chodkowska, twenty-five years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name J\u00f3zef. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of the well-born Jan Milewski, fifty-two years of age, together with Walenty Niedzia\u0142kowski, forty-two years of age, both unrelated landowners and neighbors residing in Mosaki Rukle, this birth record was read aloud to the declarants and signed by Us, the Registrar of the Civil State, inasmuch as the others in the record do not know how to write.
