Antonina Chodkowska, daughter of Wojciech Chodkowski and Joanna Grabowska, was born on 12 June 1867 in R\u0105czki, Ciechan\u00f3w Powiat, P\u0142ock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Zielona, Ciechan\u00f3w Powiat, P\u0142ock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 16 June 1867.<\/p>\n

Nr<\/span> 46. R\u0105czki<\/p>\n

This happened in Zielona on the sixteenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-seven at the hour of eight in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Wojciech Chodkowski, a farmer, twenty-seven years of age, residing in R\u0105czki, in the presence of Jan \u017bbikowski, thirty-six years of age, and J\u00f3zef Brudnicki, thirty-three years of age, residing in R\u0105czki, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, born on the twelfth day of June of this same year at the hour of six in the afternoon of his wife Scholastyka n\u00e9e \u017bbikowska, twenty-two years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Antonina, and her Godparents were Antoni \u017bbikowski and J\u00f3zefa Zembrzucka. This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses and was signed by Us. The declarant father and witnesses do not know how to write.
