\nThis happened in Zielona on the twenty-sixth day of January \/ seventh day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-nine at the hour of four in the afternoon. We make it known that in the presence of witnesses Kacper Mieszkowski, forty-eight years of age, and J\u00f3zef \u017bbikowski, forty-six years of age, part owners [of the village] and residing in Brzoz\u00f3wka, on this day a religious marriage was contracted between the well-born unmarried man Kacper Chodkowski, nineteen years of age, residing with his parents in Mosaki-Rukle and born there, [the son of] the married couple Jan and Marianna n\u00e9e Obidzi\u0144ski Chodkowski residing in Mosaki-Rukle, and the unmarried girl Marianna \u017bbikowska, seventeen years of age, residing in Brzoz\u00f3wka, born in Brzoz\u00f3wka and living there with her parents. This wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns on the twenty-first and twenty-eighth days of January, and the fourth day of February of this same year in the parishes of Zielona and Krasne, as well as by the oral consent of the parents present for this record of marriage. The newlyweds stated that a premarital agreement had been made by Tadeusz Niski, Notary of the Przasnysz Okr\u0119g on the twenty-seventh day of January of this same year. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed; the declarants and witnesses do not know how to write.
