\nThis happened in Zielona on the seventeenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-six at the hour of twelve noon. There appeared Kacper Chodkowski, a farmer, thirty-five years of age and residing in Umiemy, in the presence of Stanis\u0142aw Ko\u0142akowski, fifty years of age, and Antoni Milewski, thirty-six years of age, residing in Umiemy, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born on the fourteenth day of June of this same year at the hour of nine in the morning of his wife Aleksandra n\u00e9e Milewska, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Konstancja, and her Godparents were Wiktor Bie\u0144kowski and Konstancja his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarants, the father, and the witnesses and was signed by Us and the declaring father; the witnesses do not know how to write.
