Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 41 Umiemy\u00c2\u00a0 This happened in Zielona on the twenty-ninth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-three at the hour of four in the afternoon. There appeared Kacper Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], thirty-three years of age and residing in Umiemy, in the presence of Stanis\u0142aw Ko\u0142akowski, forty years of age, and Franciszek Sumi\u0144ski, thirty-two years of age, residing in Umiemy, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born on the twenty-sixth day of this same month and year at the hour of seven in the afternoon of his wife Aleksandra n\u00e9e Milewska, twenty-four years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Klementyna, and her Godparents were Edward Chrzanowski and Klara his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarants, the father, and the witnesses and was signed by Us and the declaring father; the witnesses do not know how to write.
