Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>No 54\u00c2\u00a0 Mosaki-Rukle<br \/>\nThis happened in Krasne on the thirteenth \/ twenty-fifth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-six at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Leon Chodkowski, forty-one years of age, part owner in [the village of Mosaki]-Rukle, in the presence of Marcin Milewski, fifty-four [years of age, and] Antoni Milewski, forty-six\u00c2\u00a0 years of age, both part owners in [the village of Mosaki]-Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in the village of [Mosaki]-Rukle yesterday at the hour of twelve noon of his wife Konstancja n\u00e9e Milewska, thirty-six years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Anna<\/span>, and her godparents were Felix Milewski from Kulki and Anna Niesiob\u0119dzka from Wielodr\u00f3\u017c.
