While\u00c2\u00a0searching for the records of children of my great-great-great-great grandparents, Tomasz Niedzia\u0142kowski and Cecylia Chotkowska, I found the\u00c2\u00a0Baptismal Record\u00c2\u00a0Anna\u00c2\u00a0Niedzia\u0142kowska, born in 1798 in Mosaki Godacze .\u00a0 The record of her baptism is the\u00c2\u00a0second record on page 167\u00c2\u00a0of the Book of Baptisms of the Krasne Church 1781-1807.<\/p>\n

I, Maciej Milewski, CRL, baptized a female by the name of Anna, daughter of the well-born Tomasz Niedzia\u0142kowski and Cecylia, a legally married couple .\u00a0 The Godparents were the well-born J\u00f3zef Grabowski and the well-born Ma\u0142gorzata Kierzkowska, an unmarried woman.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As with the Baptismal Records I’ve found from this time period, no date of birth is provided .\u00a0 Properly, this article should be entitled “The Baptism of Anna Niedzia\u0142kowska” .\u00a0 The date mentioned\u00c2\u00a0in this record is the date of baptism, but since most Polish infants were baptized within a day or two of their birth, the date of baptism is a good substitute for the date of birth.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
