\nIn the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-two on the fourteenth day of the month of February at the hour of three in the afternoon, before Us, the Preacher and Vicar of the Krasne Parish, Registrar of the Civil State in the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, P\u0142ock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, thirty-six years of age, owner of his part [of the village] and residing in Mosaki Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the female sex which was born in his home under the number nine yesterday at noon, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Marianna n\u00e9e Obidzi\u0144ska, thirty years of age, and that it is his wish to give her the name Julianna. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of the well-born Kazimierz Mieszkowski, fifty years of age, together with Jan Milewski, forty-three years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Mosaki Rukle, this birth record was read aloud to the declarants and signed by Us; the father and the witnesses do not know how to write.
