Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>No 13\u00c2\u00a0 Mosaki Rukle<br \/>\nIn the year one-thousand eight-hundred eighteen on the second day of the month of August at the hour of eleven before noon, before Us, the Reverend Miko\u0142aj Ruci\u0144ski, Registrar of the Civil State of the Krasne Gmina in the P\u0142ock Wojew\u00f3dztwo, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d and Municipality, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, father of the deceased, forty years of age, and Walenty Niedzia\u0142kowski, an unrelated neighbor, thirty-six years of age, both landowners residing in Mosaki Rukle, and they declared to Us that on the first day of the month of August in this same year at the hour of nine before noon, the well-born Jakub Chodkowski, one week old and son of the well-born Jan and Marianna n\u00e9e Obidzi\u0144ska Chodkowski residing in Mosaki Rukle, died in the home of her parents under the number eleven.
