\nIn the year one-thousand eight-hundred eighteen on the twenty-sixth day of the month of\u00c2\u00a0July at the hour of five in the afternoon, before Us, the Reverend Miko\u0142aj Ruci\u0144ski, Registrar of the Civil State in the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, a landowner, forty years of age and residing in Mosaki Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his home under the number eleven on the twenty-sixth day of the month of\u00c2\u00a0July in this same year at the hour of five in the morning; declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Marianna n\u00e9e Obidzi\u0144ska Chodkowska, twenty-six years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name Jakub. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of the well-born Walenty Niedzia\u0142kowski, thirty-six years of age, together with Kacper Obidzi\u0144ski, thirty-two years of age, both unrelated landowners and neighbors residing in Mosaki Rukle, this birth record was read aloud to the declarants and signed by Us, the Registrar of the Civil State, inasmuch as the others in the record do not know how to write.
