Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>14 .\u00a0 Mosaki Rukle .\u00a0 This happened in the village of Krasne on the tenth \/ twenty-second day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-four at the hour of four in the afternoon. There appeared Maciej Niedzia\u0142kowski, fifty years of age, and J\u00f3zef Milewski, forty years of age, both owners of a Part [of the village] and residing in the village of [Mosaki] Rukle, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of five in the evening, Joanna Chodkowska died, nine years old, living in the village of [Mosaki] Rukle with her parents, the daughter of married couple Franciszek and Franciszka Chodkowski in [Mosaki] Rukle.
