Facebook replied that:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We appreciate your email. Unfortunately, we cannot take any action on or release any information regarding a user&#8217;s account until we receive correspondence from the account holder.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Apparently the Facebook staffer in User Operations\u00c2\u00a0hasn&#8217;t read\u00c2\u00a0<a title=\"The Two Kingdoms (A Cautionary Tale)\" href=\"https:\/\/stephendanko.com\/blog\/7260\" target=\"_self\">The Two Kingdoms (A Cautionary Tale)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Another friend\u00c2\u00a0tried to post a link to The Two Kingdoms (A Cautionary Tale)\u00c2\u00a0on Facebook, but Facebook wouldn&#8217;t permit the action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/stephendanko.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/Danko-blocked-content.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7303 aligncenter\" title=\"Blocked content on Facebook\" src=\"https:\/\/stephendanko.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/Danko-blocked-content.jpg\" alt=\"Blocked content on Facebook\" width=\"278\" height=\"215\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My friend\u00c2\u00a0finally got around the block by converting the permalink URL to a tiny URL.<\/p>\n<p>Two\u00c2\u00a0more friends posted links to The Two Kingdoms (A Cautionary Tale) on their own blogs <a title=\"Genea-Musings\" href=\"http:\/\/www.geneamusings.com\/2010\/01\/best-of-genea-blogs-january-24-30-2010.html\" target=\"_self\">Genea-Musings<\/a> and <a title=\"Apple's Tree\" href=\"http:\/\/appledoesntfallfar2.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/weekly-rewind_30.html\" target=\"_self\">Apple&#8217;s Tree<\/a>, and I appreciate that very much!<\/p>\n<p>And now, today, I was informed that\u00c2\u00a0other friends have set up a group on Facebook: the <a title=\"Friends of Steve Danko for Facebook Account and Blog Restoral\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/group.php?gid=275674988457\" target=\"_self\">Friends of Steve Danko for Facebook Account and Blog Restoral<\/a>. Let&#8217;s see if Facebook takes any notice of this.
