This happened in the village of Krasne on the fourteenth \/ twenty-sixth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-four at the hour of two in the afternoon. There appeared B\u0142a\u017cej Chodkowski<\/span>, owner of a part [of the village] thirty years of age, residing in the village of [Mosaki] Rukle, accompanied by Franciszek Niedzia\u0142kowski, thirty years of age together with Walenty Niedzia\u0142kowski, sixty years of age, both owners of a part [of the village] and residing in the village of [Mosaki] Rukle, and he showed us a child of the male sex born in [Mosaki] Rukle on the eleventh \/ twenty third day of December of this same year at the hour of ten in the morning of his wife Agnieszka n\u00e9e \u0141yszkowska, twenty-three years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Adam, and his Godparents were Marcin Mieszkowski and Zuzanna his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write. Adam Chodkowski was my 2nd cousin, 4X removed.<\/p>\n The two witnesses, Franciszek Niedzia\u0142kowski and Walenty Niedzia\u0142kowski are also probably related to me because I know I had Niedzia\u0142kowski ancestors living in Mosaki Rukle in this same time period.
