He was buried at the parish church in Krasne, Ciechan\u00f3w Okr\u0119g, P\u0142ock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 16 September 1855.<\/p>\n

Nr 147\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Rukle Mosaki<\/p>\n

This happened in Krasne on the fourth \/ sixteenth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-five at the hour of two in the afternoon. There appeared Marcin Kierzkowski, fifty-five years of age, and Maciej Niedzia\u0142kowski, seventy years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle. They stated that on the second \/ fourteenth day of September in the same year at the hour of twelve noon, B\u0142a\u017cej Chodkowski died, owner of a part [of the village] a widower residing in [Mosaki] Rukle, forty-five years of age, husband of the deceased Agnieszka n\u00e9e \u0141yszkowska and son of the married couple Jan Chodkowski and J\u00f3zefa n\u00e9e Grzybowska, born and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle. After visual confirmation of the death of B\u0142a\u017cej Chodkowski, the document was read aloud to the declarants and signed; the declarants do not know how to write.
