Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n [Mosaki] Rukle .\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 62.<\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred eleven, on the fourth day of the month of February at the hour of twelve noon, before Us, the Pastor of Krasne, discharging the duties of Civil Registrar of the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Powiat in the P\u0142ock Department, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, forty-seven years of age and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle, owner of his parts [of the village], and he showed us a child of the male sex who was born in his home under the number four on the third day of the month of February of the same year at the hour of eight in the morning, stating to Us that he was born of him and his wife, J\u00f3zefa n\u00e9e Grzybowska, forty years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name B\u0142a\u017cej. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of the well-born Jacek Chodkowski, forty-eight years of age and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle, owner of his parts [of the village], together with Marek Obiedzi\u0144ski, settled in [Mosaki] Rukle, owner of his parts in Antosy Gmina, the midwife who was twenty-four years of age, whereupon this birth document was read aloud and signed by Us inasmuch as the declaring parties do not know how to write.
