Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Mosaki Rukle.<\/span>In the year one-thousand eight-hundred nine, on the twenty ninth day of the month of August, before Us, the Pastor of Krasne and Civil Registrar of the Krasne Gmina in the P\u0142ock Department, Przasnysz Powiat, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, father of the deceased child, and Jakub Mosakowski, neighbor, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Mosaki Rukle, and they reported to Us that on the twenty-eighth day of the month of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred nine at the hour of eleven before noon, Pius Chodkowski died, seven weeks old, of noble standing, son of the well-born Jan Chodkowski and J\u00f3zefa n\u00e9e Grzybowska, residing in Mosaki Rukle in the house under the number five .\u00a0 Whereupon this record of death, because the declarants do not know how to write, was read aloud and signed by Us.
