Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 23 .\u00a0 Chodkowo<\/p>\n This happened in the village of P\u0142oniawy on the first \/ thirteenth day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-one at the hour of twelve noon. There appeared the Ignacy Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], residing in Chodkowo, twenty-four years of age, accompanied by Ignacy Chodkowski, age fifty-two, together with J\u00f3zef Bobi\u0144ski, age thirty-six, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo, and he showed us a child of the female sex born in Chodkowo on the twenty-ninth day of January \/ ninth day of February of the same year at the hour of six in the morning, of his wife Katarzyna Bartold, twenty-four years of age. At Holy Baptism performed on this day this child was given the names Aleksandra Scholastyka, and her Godparents were the married couple Teodor and Katarzyna Chodkowski. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and signed by Us alone.
