Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Nr. 41\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Mossaki \u0141\u0105czka<\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-five, on the twenty-ninth day of the month of July at the hour of three in the afternoon, before Us, preacher and curate of the Krasne parish, Clerk of the Civil State of the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, twenty-three years of age, holder of the noble parts [of the village] and residing in Mossaki \u0141\u0105czka, father of the deceased, and Wawrzeniec Mossakowski, sixty years of age, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Mossaki \u0141\u0105czka, neighbor of the deceased, and he reported to Us that yesterday in the same year at the hour of two in the afternoon, in the home of her family at number eight, Franciszka Chodkowska died, one year and three months of age, daughter of the afore-mentioned Jan Chodkowski, and his wife, the well-born Joanna n\u00e9e Kobyli\u0144ska Chodkowska, twenty-two years of age. Whereupon, the present record of death was read aloud to the declarants and was signed by the witness Wawrzeniec Mossakowski; the father does not know how to write. I have not found a Birth and Baptismal Record for Franciszka Chodkowski, but her age at death (one year, three months) implies that she was born in April 1824.<\/p>\n Copyright \u00a9 2009 by Stephen J.
