Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Chodkowo kuchny 62.<\/p>\n This happened in the village of P\u0142oniawy on the tenth\/twenty-second day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-nine at the hour of eleven before noon. There appeared the well-born Stefan Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], residing in Chodkowo kuchny, twenty-seven years of age, accompanied by Leon Chodkowski, age sixty-six, together with Micha\u0142 Gutowski, age twenty-five, both owners of parts [of the village] residing in Chodkowo kuchny, and he showed us a child of the female sex born in Chodkowo kuchny on the eighth\/twentieth day of the same month and year at the hour of six in the morning, of his wife Anna n\u00e9e Roman, twenty-two years of age. At Holy Baptism performed on this day this child was given the names Zuzanna Zofia, and her Godparents were Tomasz Nies\u0142osemski and Kunegunda Chodkowska. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by the declarants; the witnesses do not know how to write.
