Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n \u00e2\u201e\u2013 92. Chodkowo kuchny<\/p>\n This happened in the village of P\u0142oniawy on the fifteenth\/twenty-seventh day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-six at the hour of eleven before noon. There appeared the noble and well-born Stefan Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo kuchny, age twenty-five years, accompanied by Leon Chodkowski, age sixty-two, together with Melchior Chodkowski, age sixty-eight, both owners of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo kuchny, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, born in Chodkowo kuchny on the thirteenth\/twenty-fifth of this same month and year at the hour of eleven at night of his wife Anna n\u00e9e Roman, age twenty-one. At Holy Baptism performed this day, the child was given the name Aleksander Ignacy, and his Godparents were Jan Ignacy and Salomea Chodkowski. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and signed by the declarant.
