Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n \u00e2\u201e\u2013 79. Chodkowo kuchny<\/p>\n This happened in the village of P\u0142oniawy on the fourteenth\/twenty-sixth day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-five at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared the noble and well-born Stefan Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo kuchny, age twenty-three years, accompanied by Leon Chodkowski, age sixty, together with Piotr Niesiob\u0119dski, age thirty-four, owners of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo kuchny, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, born in Chodkowo kuchny on the twelfth\/twenty-fourth of this same month and year at the hour of five in the morning of his wife Anna n\u00e9e Roman, age twenty. At Holy Baptism performed this day, the child was given the names J\u00f3zef Jan Adam, and his Godparents were Jan Grabowski and his wife Petronella. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and signed by Us.
