I, Adam Zalewski, Canon Regular of the Lateran, baptized a female child with the name Teofila, daughter of the lawfully wedded couple, the Nobles Adam and Julianna n\u00e9e Bie\u0144kowska Chodkowski. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were the Noble Maciej Milewski and the Noble Katarzyna Milewska.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Teofila Chodkowska was my 3rd cousin 5X removed.<\/p>\n
