He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechan\u00f3w Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 20 December 1768.<\/p>\n

I, Marius Ostaszewski, Canon Regular of the Lateran, Canon Ordinary of Krasne, baptized an infant with the name Tomasz, son of the legally married couple, the Nobles Adam and Julianna Chotkowski. The Godparents in the Sacred Font of Baptism were the greatly distinguished Andrzej Przedpe\u0142ski, president of the Convent [one word?] of Krasne and the Noble Katarzyna D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Tomasz Chodkowski was my 3rd cousin 5X removed. The Godfather was a priest, the President of the Convent of [one word?]. The Godfather’s title is “Perillustri”, which I have translated as “greatly distinguished”.<\/p>\n
