Translated from the Latin, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[Mosaki]-Rukle &#8211; 15 June [1791]<\/p>\n<p>A female child by the name of Anna, 3 weeks old, died, daughter of the Noble Wojciech and Konstancja Chotkowski, and was buried. 1<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Anna Chodkowska was my first cousin 5X removed.
