Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 141 Golany<\/p>\n It happened in the city of Przasnysz on the thirteenth \/ twenty-fifth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred seventy-five, at eleven o’clock in the morning – There appeared Teodor Niedzia\u0142kowski, nobleman of a part in Golany, thirty years of age, in the presence of Ignacy Jab\u0142onski, thirty-five years of age, and Stanis\u0142aw Smoli\u0144ski, fifty years of age, noblemen of a part, residing in Golany, and he showed us a child of the male sex born in Golany on the sixth \/ eighteenth day of April of this year at seven o’clock in the evening, of his lawful wife Wiktoria n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, twenty-seven years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Konstanty, and the Godparents were the afore-mentioned Ignacy Jab\u0142onowski and Karolina, his wife.
