He was baptized in the parish church in Przasnysz, Ciechan\u00f3w District, P\u0142ock Governorate, Vistulan Country, Russian Empire on 10 May 1885.<\/p>\n

It happened in the city of Przasnysz on the twenty-eighth of April \/ tenth of May, in the year one-thousand eight-hundred eighty-five, at one o’clock in the afternoon. There appeared Teodor Niedzia\u0142kowski, a farmer in Golany, forty years of age, in the presence of Franciszek Niedzia\u0142kowski, a farmer in Mchowo, forty-three years of age, and Franciszek Pa\u0142kowski, a peasant from Przasnysz, forty-two years of age and he showed us a child of the male sex, having been born in Golany on the twenty-third day of April \/ fifth day of May of this year at three o’clock in the afternoon, of his lawful wife Wiktoria n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Wincenty, and the Godparents were Franciszek Niedzia\u0142kowski and Marianna his wife.
