Translated from the Latin, the record reads:<\/p>\n Borze Strumiany<\/p>\n In the year 1790, on the 13th day of June, I named above [Walenty D\u0119bicki] baptized an infant with the name Hilary, son of the nobles Antoni Burski \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Jalek\u201d and Wiktoria n\u00e9e Zbikowska, a legally married couple. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were the Nobles Antoni Mierzecki and Teresa Bieszkowska.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n In this record, Antoni Burski is called “Jalek”, a nickname that helps to distinguish this man from others with the same name.<\/p>\n In the United States, the name “Hilary” is often used as a given name for a female child.
