Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Malonki 35.<\/p>\n<p>It happened in Karniewo on the twenty-eighth day of July, in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-two at five in the afternoon. There appeared the well-born Balcer Milewski, owner of the noble parts, age [one word?]-six, residing in Malonki, in the presence of the well-born J\u00f3zef Milewski, age [one word?]-seven and Tomasz Ostaszewski, age twenty-seven, both owners of the noble parts, residing in Malonki, and he showed us a child of the male sex, born in Malonki yesterday at the hour of six in the evening, stating that it was born of him and of his wife Teresa n\u00e9e Milewska, age thirty. To this child at Holy Baptism performed today was given the name Edward, and his Godparents were the aforementioned J\u00f3zef Milewski and Anna Milewska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and signed by us alone.<br \/>\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 [signed] R[everend] Micha\u0142 Trzaskowski WK<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The far right of this record was cut off when it was microfilmed\u00c2\u00a0rendering the ages of the declarant and one of the witnesses unreadable.<\/p>\n<p>The name of the declarant (and father) in this record is listed as Balcer Milewski.
