I, Wojciech D\u0142u\u017cniewski, Canon Regular of the Laterans, on the 21st day of October, baptized an infant with the name Adam Maksymilian, two names, son of the noble\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Niedzia\u0142kowski and Brigida, legally married.
