He was baptized in the parish church in Gzy, ziemia ciechanowska, wojew\u00f3dztwo mazowieckie, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 26 Jul 1801. Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Borze-Marcisze<\/p>\n<p>In the year 1801 on the 26th of July, I named above baptized an infant by the name of Szymon, son of the nobles Stefan Burski and Marianna, legally married.
