Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Godacze 34.<\/p>\n In the year one thousand eight-hundred one, on the fourteenth day of the month of September at the hour of eight in the evening, by us the pastor of the parish of Krasne, clerk of the civil state, gmina krasi\u0144ska, powiat przasnyski, in departament p\u0142ocki, the well-born [noble] Tomasz Niedzia\u0142kowski, fifty years of age, owner of his part [of the village] presented himself and showed us a child of the male sex who was born in his home under number three on the fourteenth day of the month of September at the hour of eight in the morning of the current year, stating to us that he was begotten of him and Cecylia n\u00e9e Chotkowska, his wife, forty years of age, and it is his desire to give him the name Antoni after making the above statement and he showed us the child in the presence of the well-born [noble] Jan Ruszcze\u0144ski, thirty years of age, residing in Godacze, owner of his parts [of the village] together with Jan Kierzkowski settled in this village located in Gmina Antosy, who has completed fifty years. Whereupon the present birth document was read aloud by us and signed below, inasmuch as the witnesses appearing do not know how to write.
