Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Mosaki Godacze.<\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred nine, on the nineteenth day of the month of June, by us, the pastor of Krasne and clerk of the civil records of the Krasne gmina in Departament P\u0142ock, Powiat Przasnysz, there appeared the well-born Tomasz Niedzia\u0142kowski, father of the deceased child, with Jan Kierzkowski, judge, both noble landowners residing in Mosaki Godacze, and he declared to us that on the nineteenth day of the month of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred nine at the hour of four in the morning, Ludwika Niedzia\u0142kowska, died, one year old and of noble birth, daughter of the well-born Tomasz and Cecylia n\u00e9e Chotkowska, the spouses Niedzia\u0142kowski, in the house at number three, after which the present death record was read aloud to the declarants who do not know how to write, and was signed below by us.
