For this Sunday morning, I want to share with you some of the photographs taken by Bob McCann in Kazimierz Dolny<\/a>, Poland.  Bob was one of the friends with whom I traveled in Poland in October 2000.  Kazimierz Dolny is a picturesque village in Poland located about half-way between Rzesz\u00f3w and Warszawa (Warsaw) with a thriving artists’ colony and an active marketplace.  Kazimierz Dolny (Lower Kazimierz) is on the Wis\u0142a (Vistula River) and is called Lower Kazimierz to distinguish it from the Krak\u00f3w District of Kazimierz (formerly the village of Kazimierz) up the Vistula to the South.  Because the Vistula flows from South to North, Lower Kazimierz is to the North of Kazimierz.  Bob took these photos in the Rynek (town square and marketplace) and captured some wonderful shots of the people there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
