Volume VI of Nazwy Miejscowe Polski<\/em> lists several places called Laski. The 14th entry is for a village currently in the Masovian Voivodeship and which belongs to the Szelk\u00f3w parish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nazwy Miejscowe Polski<\/em> indicates that Laski was in the Szelk\u00f3w Gmina, Ostro\u0142\u0119ka Voivodeship in the years 1975-1998, and is 8 kilometers southeast of Mak\u00f3w Mazowiecki. Mentions of the village include Lasky<\/em> in 1402, Lasky<\/em> in 1427, Laszky<\/em> in 1448, Lasky<\/em> in 1507 and 1525, Laszki<\/em> in 1512, Liaski<\/em> in 1582, Laski<\/em> in 1784, Laski<\/em> in 1827, \u0141aski<\/em> (!) in 1839, Las<\/em> or \u0141az,<\/em> and Laski<\/em> in 1884, Laski<\/em> in 1901, and Laski, Lask, laskowski<\/em> in 1971.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
