The record appears on pages 206-207.

This child appears to have been baptized privately before the church baptism. I am not exactly sure how to translate the section of this record that deals with the private baptism. The church ceremonies were apparently conducted after the private ceremonies, although my translation implies that the child was born after the private baptism! There is one word in this section that I did not know how to translate.

UPDATE: 06 Apr 2008: Gilles, the Nomadic Researcher, provided me with the correct transcription and translation for the sentence about the first baptism which he describes as a “provisional baptism made at birth when the life of the child is at stake” . At the time of the record, the priest would normally state “a suppléé aux cérémonies du baptíªme”, indicating that he made up for the ceremonies of baptism.
