In the year 1736 and on the 12th of January
\nPierre Hilaire LeBlanc was baptized, born on the same
\nday and year, son of Pierre LeBlanc dit
\nPinau and Fran\u00ed\u00a7oise Landry, his wife.
\nThe Godfather was Victor LeBlanc, the
\nundersigned brother, and the Godmother was Ang\u00ed\u00a8lique
\nLeBlanc, sister of the aforementioned infant, who has declared
\nthat she does not know how to sign as required.

This record can be found as image 34\/191<\/a> in the Acadia French Catholic Church Records (Drouin Collection), 1670-1946 on Ancestry.com in the records for St-Charles-les-Mines Bapt\u00ed\u00aames 1733-1748. The record appears on page 34.<\/p>\n

The Godparents were the brother and sister of the infant. I previously found the birth and baptismal record of Ang\u00ed\u00a8lique LeBlanc, who was born in 1722. I have not yet found the birth and baptismal record of Victor LeBlanc.<\/p>\n
