Wails Of Sax Makes Ma Leave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Detroit, Jan. 16 (AP)—Four wailing saxophones in the hands and mouths of persons “afflicted with notions that some day they might be musicians” drove Mrs. Augusta Rebitske, 60, from home, she testified in her divorce suit here today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Judge Guy A. Miller granted her a decree after hearing her story of the musical aspirations of her two step-sons, step-daughter and A step-granddaughter. Among other acts of cruelty on the part of the husband, John Rebitske, was his failure to stop the wails of the four instruments, Mrs. Rebitske said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
