On 06 July 1912, parts of the Siedlce Gubernia (the Bia\u0142a Podlaska Powiat, and parts of the Konstantyn\u00f3w, Radzy\u0144, and W\u0142odawa Powiats), and the Lublin Gubernia (the Tomasz\u00f3w and Hrubiez\u00f3w Powiats and parts of the Lubart\u00f3w, Che\u0142m, Krasnystaw, and Bi\u0142goraj Powiats) were split off and combined to form the new Che\u0142m Gubernia. The W\u0119gr\u00f3w Powiat of the former Siedlce Gubernia was incorporated into the \u0141om\u017ca Gubernia. The remaining territory of the former Siedlce Gubernia was incorporated into the Lublin Gubernia. These changes eliminated the Siedlce Gubernia and resulted in the administrative divisions of the Congress Kingdom of Poland as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- General Government of Warsaw:<\/strong> the former Suwalki, \u0141om\u017ca, P\u0142ock, Siedlce, and Warsaw Gubernias, almost all of the Kalisz Gubernia (without the Wielu\u0144 Powiat), part of the Piotrk\u00f3w Gubernia (all or part of the Brzeziny, Rawa, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, \u0141asdk, Cz\u0119stochowa, and B\u0119dzin Powiats), and the one powiat from the Lublin Gubernia (Pu\u0142awy)<\/li>
- Powiats W\u0142odaw, Radzyn, Bialsk, and Konstantyn\u00f3w<\/strong> were not included in the General Government of Warsaw so that they could be offered to a potential pro-German Ukrainian State<\/li>
- Suwalki Gubernia<\/strong> was not included in the General Government of Warsaw so that it could be included in the Lithuanian State which was politically connected to the German Reich<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
