\nThis happened in the city of Przasnysz on the seventeenth \/ twenty-ninth of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred eighty-five at three o’clock in the afternoon. Ezechiel Chodkowski appeared, a farmer in Kobylaki Czarzaste, thirty-six years old, in the presence of Pawe\u0142 Ropelewski, a farmer from Kobylaki Czarzaste, fifty-six years old, and Tomasz Dziadowicz, a church servant from Przasnysz, fifty years old, and he presented to us a female child born in Kobylaki Czarzaste on the fifteenth \/ twenty-seventh of this same month, at seven o’clock in the evening of his lawful wife Pelagia n\u00e9e Ropelewska, nineteen years old. At Holy Baptism performed on this date, this child was given the name Helena, and her Godparents were Pawe\u0142 Ropelewski and Julianna Nestempska. This document was read to the declarant and illiterate witnesses and was signed by us, the Pastor of the Przasnysz Parish
