\nThis happened in the village of Zielona on the nineteenth day of September \/ first day of October \/ in the year one-thousand eight-hundred seventy-six at twelve o’clock in the afternoon. Jan Morawski appeared in person, a landowner, thirty-six years old, in the presence of Micha\u0142 Barto\u0142d, forty-two years old, and Frants R\u0105czkowski, forty-six years old, landowners residing in Barto\u0142dy, and he presented to us a male child stating that it was born on the thirteenth \/ twenty-fifth \/ of September of this same year, at four o’clock in the afternoon of his lawful wife Domicela n\u00e9e Golanowska, twenty-five years old. At Holy Baptism performed on this date by the Reverend Andrzej Drewnowski, this child was given the name Stanis\u0142aw, and his Godparents were Micha\u0142 Barto\u0142d and Anna Golanowska. This document was read to the declarant and illiterate witnesses and was signed by us.
