\nThis happened in the village of Szwelice on the third \/ fifteenth day of October in the year one-thousand eight-hundred ninety-nine at one o’clock in the afternoon. Teofil Niedzia\u0142kowski appeared in person, residing in Pomaski on the parts belonging to the nobility, thirty-eight years old, in the presence of Piotr Napierkowski, fifty years old, and Andrzej Pomaski, thirty-four years old, residing in Pomaski on the parts belonging to the nobility, and he presented to us a female child stating that it was born in Pomaski on the first \/ thirteenth of October of this same year, of his lawful wife Ksawera n\u00e9e Zygmuntowicz, twenty-eight years old. At Holy Baptism performed on this date by the Reverend Wladys\u0142aw Senni\u00d1\u0081ki, Assistant Pastor, this child was given the name Sabina and her Godparents were: Felix Pomaski and Marianna his wife. This document was read to the declarant and illiterate witnesses and wa signed by us alone.
