\nThis happened in the village of Szelk\u00f3w on the seventeenth day of May in the year one-thousand nine-hundred thirty-three at the hour of ten. There appeared Jan Niedzia\u0142kowski, sixty years old, and J\u00f3zef Olkowski, seventy years old, farmers residing in Ciepielewo, and they stated that on the fifteenth day of May of the current year at the hour of one, J\u00f3zefa Niedzia\u0142kowska died, thirty-eight years old, born in the village of Pomaski-Sikuty, Szwelice parish, residing with her husband in Ciepielewo, daughter of the deceased Antoni Pomaski, a farmer, and his spouse Paulina n\u00e9e Nosarzewska; leaving behind her widowed spouse J\u00f3zef Niedzia\u0142kowski. After visual confirmation of the death of J\u00f3zefa Niedziakowski, this document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and was signed by us.
