\nThis happened in Zielona on the eleventh day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-four at the hour of one in the afternoon. Stanis\u0142aw Zygmuntowicz appeared, forty years old, a farmer residing in \u0141aguny, in the presence of Konstanty Grabowski, forty years old, and Stanis\u0142aw Kardaszewicz, sixty years old, residing in \u0141aguny, and he showed us a male child born on the twenty-ninth day of August of the current year at the hour of three in the afternoon of his wife Anna n\u00e9e Iemielska, forty-four years old. At Holy Baptism performed today, this child was given the name Konstanty, and the Godparents were Konstanty Grabowski and his wife Feliksa. This document was read to the declarant father and the witnesses and was signed by us and the declarant. The witnesses do not know how to write.
