He was born on 03 December 1857\u00c2\u00a0in \u0141aguny, Ciechan\u00f3w Powiat, P\u0142ock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland, and he was baptized on 07 January 1854 in the Roman Catholic Church in Zielona, Ciechan\u00f3w Powiat, P\u0142ock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.<\/p>\n

\nThis happened in Zielona on the first \/ thirteenth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-seven at the hour of twelve noon. Stanis\u0142aw Zygmuntowicz appeared, thirty-six years old, residing in \u0141aguny, in the presence of Jan Ju\u015bkielski, thirty-three years old, and Maciej Stelzy\u0144ski, fifty years old, residing in \u0141aguny, and he showed us a male child born on the third day of the current month at the hour of four in the morning of his wife Anna n\u00e9e Jemielska, thirty-seven years old. At Holy Baptism performed today, this child was given the names Franciszek Ksawery, and the Godparents were Franciszek Zamojski and El\u017cbieta Laguna. This document was read to the declarant father and witnesses and was signed by the declarant. The witnesses do not know how to write.
