\nThis happened in the city of Przasnysz on the thirteenth \/ twenty-fifth day of October in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-five at the hour of five in the afternoon. Stanis\u0142aw Zygmuntowicz appeared, a farmer from Skierki, thirty-three years old, in the presence of Walenty Lubi\u0144ski, thirty years old, and Szczepan Zygmuntowicz, thirty-five years old, farmers from Skierki, and he showed us a female child born in Skierki today at the hour of two in the afternoon of his wife Anna n\u00e9e Jemielska, thirty-five years old. At Holy Baptism performed today, this child was given the name Ewa, and the Godparents were the afore-mentioned Walenty Lubi\u0144ski and Tekla Jemielska. Having read this document to the declarant and witnesses who do not know how to write, we signed it.
