Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 67 .\u00a0 Wi\u0105zowna<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Wi\u0105zowna on the twenty-fourth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-five at the hour of five in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Wojciech Gutowski, a shoemaker residing here in Wi\u0105zowna, forty-three years of age, in the presence of Ksawery Rybi\u0144kowski, a cooper, twenty-one years of age, together with \u0141ukasz Zyrzyniski, a day laborer, twenty-one years of age, both residing here in Wi\u0105zowna, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born here in Wi\u0105zowna on the eighth day of this same month at the hour of five in the morning of his wife Anna n\u00e9e Jab\u0142onowska, thirty-three years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Ludwik, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Ksawery Rybi\u0144kowski and Teresa Zyrzyniska, assisted by \u0141ukasz Zyrzyniski and Anna D\u0105bek .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses because they do not know how to write, and it was signed by Us.
