Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Nowa wie\u015b 34.<\/p>\n This happened in Wigry on the fifteenth \/ twenty-seventh day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-two at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared J\u00f3zef Andruszkiewicz, a farmer residing in Nowa wie\u015b, forty years of age, in the presence of J\u00f3zef Kuczy\u0144ski, thirty-five years of age, together with Jakub Sawicki, sixty-six years of age, both farmers residing in Nowa wie\u015b, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in Nowa wie\u015b on the thirteenth \/ twenty-fifth day of this same month and year at the hour of seven in the morning of his wife Salomea n\u00e9e Swiacka, thirty-seven years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name J\u00f3zef and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned J\u00f3zef Kuczy\u0144ski and Dorota \u0141osinska .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarant and witnesses and was signed by Us.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend W.
