Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n K\u0105ty 286<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the twenty-second day of November \/ fourth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-four at the hour of two in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Wojciech Go\u0142a\u015b, a peasant farmer residing in K\u0105ty, forty-one years of age, in the presence of Jan Marzec, twenty-one years of age, together with Franciszek Prusinowski, thirty years of age, both farmers from K\u0105ty, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in K\u0105ty yesterday at the hour of six in the evening of his wife Maryanna n\u00e9e Jorzak, forty years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Walenty, and his Godparents were J\u00f3zef Chaberek and Ma\u0142gorzata Rajnko .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses who do not know how to write.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Juliusz Kulisz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
