Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock 168<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the second \/ fourteenth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of five in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Mateusz Go\u0142a\u015b, a peasant farmer residing in P\u0142ock, twenty-eight years of age, in the presence of Seweryn Muzyk, twenty-two years of age, together with Sebastyan Soboci\u0144ski, fifty years of age, both farmers from P\u0142ock, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born here in P\u0142ock on the twenty-sixth day of July \/ seventh day of August at the hour of eight in the morning of his wife Agnieszka n\u00e9e Wyrotek, thirty-two years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Seweryn, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Seweryn Muzyk and Ewa Mazewska .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses who do not know how to write.<\/p>\n [signed] The R[everend] Juliusz Kulisz, P[astor of] M[a\u0142y] P[\u0142ock]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
